Shadin Maali brings lived experience bridging policy, advocacy, community engagement, and political work. She co-led operations, advocacy, and growth at Emgage USA, engaging all government levels on civil rights, civil liberties, and foreign policy. Her portfolio spans coalition management, donor engagement, national campaign strategy, political work and compliance across C3/C4/PAC/independent expenditure ecosystems—with deep focus on Palestine advocacy and mobilizing American Muslim voters through targeted outreach. 

As Chief of District Affairs for Congresswoman Marie Newman, she managed full congressional district functions: constituent casework, legislative outreach, federal funding, and diverse community engagement. Earlier, she ran her family’s endodontic practice—witnessing healthcare inequities around insurance access firsthand—and advised executives on talent acquisition and succession planning at Allen Austin/Gaines International.

Shadin will strengthen MPAC’s Midwest presence and national partnerships to advance American Muslim voices in policy and government.
