Radwan serves as Senior Advisor for Strategic and Philanthropic Initiatives at the Muslim Public Affairs Council (MPAC), where he advises the Executive Leadership Team on organizational growth, fundraising, public affairs, and stakeholder engagement. He leads foundation outreach, develops grant proposals, and cultivates relationships with philanthropic partners, elected officials, think tanks, scholars, and community leaders.

Radwan is also Founder and President of the Center for the Study of Islam & Democracy (CSID), which he has led for more than 25 years, securing over $12M in grants, training 20,000+ leaders, and implementing programs across 20+ countries. Born in Tunisia, he holds a Ph.D. and Master’s in Mechanical Engineering from MIT and a B.S. from California State University, Long Beach.

Radwan is passionate about advancing civic engagement, good governance, democratic values, and interfaith collaboration within the American Muslim community and across the wider Muslim world.
