Mohamad Almouazzen

Regional Policy Manager, West Coast

Mohamad Almouazzen began his work with MPAC as a CLDP and Research Bureau fellow in 2023 before transitioning out to pursue more legislative experience.

Mohamad served in the office of then-Representative Adam Schiff, moving with him into his Senate office after the 2024 special election. As a Field Representative for San Bernardino, Riverside, and Los Angeles County, Mohamad oversaw the office’s relationship with almost 5 million constituents, developing outreach strategies, and meeting with community members across his region.

In July 2025, Mohamad left the legislature to work independently on political campaigns and advocacy work to establish a stronger political presence for the California Muslim community.

Graduating with BA from the University of California, Riverside, he hopes to pursue legal studies to compound his policy work.
