relations, and the prospects for U.S. policy in the region.

Obsession movie tries to sway American electorate with fear and hate
On June 22, 2012
By MPAC
The Interfaith Alliance & MPAC respond to the hate and fear caused by "Obsession: Radical Islam's War Against the West". Starting the week of the anniversary of 9/11, some 70 U.S. newspapers and magazines distributed DVD copies of "Obsession" as a paid advertisement inserted in Sunday papers in 12 key electoral swing states. An estimated 28 million copies of the DVD were paid for by a somewhat mysterious organization called the "Clarion Fund". The DVD has been called an attempt to utilize anti-Muslim fear mongering to sway the American electorate.
Since Obsession's debut on national TV in 2005, MPAC's "Truth Over Fear" campaign has provided more than 50 educational workshops around the country and a thorough analysis of such projects as "Obsession".
