John King Jr. speaks about overcoming bigotry in order to foster a healthy learning environment for all children in the US. Mohamed Abdel Kader, Deputy Assistant Secretary of the International and Foreign Learning Office accepted the award on John King's behalf and echoed the his message of providing a good education for all young people.
