In conjunction with the Yale Free Exercise Clinic, MPAC has submitted an amicus brief to the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit in Johnson vs. Baker. No matter one's religion, they should have the right to pray.

We joined the Religious Freedom Institute’s Islam and Religious Freedom Action Team and Asma Uddin in taking an Amicus Brief challenging the policy all the way to the Supreme Court. -

We joined the Religious Freedom Institute’s Islam and Religious Freedom Action Team to issue an Amicus Brief in response to New York Governor Andrew Cuomo's policy violating the Free Exercise Clause. -

We joined an amicus brief to the U.S. Supreme Court in conjunction with 11 Muslim organizations for Bostock vs. Clayton County, GA. MPAC strives to protect and support the civil and human rights of all communities, and firmly defend the American and Islamic values of freedom, justice, and equality for all. -
