Human Security

MPAC’s flagship policy framework, Human Security, is a framework for centering the impacts of policy decisions on everyday people. Human Security Now is our grassroots campaign to push for this framework, which is based on the Four Freedoms outlined by President Franklin Delano Roosevelt: Freedom from Fear, Freedom from Want, Freedom of Expression, and Freedom of Worship. Through this framework, policymakers prioritize these four freedoms when considering any policy change, allowing for a holistic, scalable analysis of any and every potential policy decision.
