Our American Heritage

MPAC @ ISNA on Sept. 2

September 2, 2012

Throughout American history, Islam has always been present as a cultural, political and religious influence.

Muslims of various backgrounds have come to these shores in successive waves since the earliest navigators up until present day.

Much of America’s Islamic Heritage is recorded in footnotes. In this session, speakers will discuss how we uncover our narrative and build the institutions to preserve it.
