This weekend, MPAC is pleased to take part in a special Twinning Celebration with the Jewish community of Beth Shir Shalom. We are looking forward to the 5th Annual Weekend of Twinning and hope to see as many Muslim participants as possible.

Please join us for a weekend of building bridges and become a part of the process that will lead to a greater understanding among each others faith groups. This is an opportunity we as Muslims cannot afford to miss.

The Twinning will begin on Friday, Nov. 15, at Beth Shir Shalom (1827 California Avenue, Santa Monica) at 6 p.m. The Jewish community welcomes the Muslim community to a night of prayer, food, and the opportunity to intermingle with each other at their temple.

In turn, the Islamic Center of Southern California (434 South Vermont Ave., Los Angeles, CA 90020) invites the Jewish Community on Sunday, Nov. 17, from 11:30 a.m. - 1 p.m. for prayer, discussion and more good food!

The only way for these kinds of encounters to occur is if we attend! Join us! Bring your children!
