MPAC President Salam Al-Marayati will give the keynote address on “The Muslim Spirit for Democracy”

On this evening, the Rev. Josef Walker will be give the Peace Aware, Police Chief John Douglas will be given the Public Safety Award, Crystal Shakur will be given the Education Award, Zahir Babar Siddiqui will be given the Community Service Award, Roshan Mahmood will be given the Business Award, Dr. Mohammed Azher Mirza will be given the Lifetime Achievement Award, Dr. Susan B. Wilson and KCUR will be given the Journalism Award, and Syed Farrukh Shabbir, MD, Memorial Scholarship recipients will be introduced
