Call for Nominations for 2020 MPAC Media Awards
January 13, 2020
Entertainment plays a critical role in improving perceptions, humanizing others' experiences, and shedding light on issues of social importance. Since 1991, our annual Media Awards gala has honored artists, actors, activists, and executives who use art and media to create authentic, nuanced portrayals of Islam and Muslims, promote inclusion and social justice, and inspire action.
This year we will celebrate our 29th Media Awards. We hope to make it a special one, but we need your input to identify creatives, executives, and projects worthy of this honor. Which movies, TV shows, books, music, ad campaigns, or other creative work inspired you in 2019?
Submit your submissions for consideration through our online form by Friday, January 24th. Be sure to include the name of the project or artist and a link to the nominated material in your response.
Nomination Guidelines
Projects submitted for consideration must have had a release date between January 1, 2019 and December 31, 2019, and:

- Television: Must have aired on a national or cable network
