President Trump's ban on immigration and refugees from seven Muslim-majority countries is an outrageous affront to America's deepest values as a nation of immigrants. Throughout our history, immigrants and refugees have contributed to the prosperity and progress of our nation.

While federal judges around the country have limited or halted the ban temporarily, the ultimate outcome of these cases is unclear. We cannot lose momentum. Now is the time to put democracy in action.

Help us end the ban permanently by urging your congressional representatives to oppose and repeal the Muslim ban executive order.

We as Americans should be outraged by the actions of the Trump administration. This is the first step towards a religious litmus test. Fear-based politics fracture our society and hinder our ability to create solutions that would protect our national security and put America first. We are strongest when we are united and fight for our values, not divided and destroy them.
