Samira Salahuddin

Samira is from Los Angeles, California and is a recent graduate from The George Washington University, with a background in architecture and design. Samira comes from a background of education non-profits and working with children. More recently, she served for Americorp's Jumpstart at GW for three years, working with title 1 schools in the D.C. area. Her love for public service work stems from moving around from a young age and living in different cities and countries. In the near future, Samira hopes to earn a master's in non-profit management to further expand her career in the non-profit sector. Other than her love for public service work, Samira has interests in media, film, and tech.
Samira joined MPAC as a creative intern during the summer of 2016 soon becoming a Policy Fellow in early 2017. She is now the Development Coordiantor Assistant at MPAC and provides support where needed while working closely with the Marketing and Development team and the Hollywood Bureau. Samira also oversees and manages the internship program.
