Report Hate
Crime, Incident or Descrimination
If you'd like to report a hate crime, hate incident or discrimination, please call our 24-Hour Hotline at (800) 898-3558. The information you provide will enable MPAC's Hate Crime Prevention department to review your case. This information will also help us track hate by location and understand trends. MPAC provides services to all victims regardless of race, color, religion, national origin, gender, age, sexual orientation or disability. YOUR IDENTITY WILL REMAIN CONFIDENTIAL.
You can also send us a report of a hate crime by filling out our Hate Crime Report Form available for download in Acrobat PDF format. You will need the Acrobat Reader to view it. Please fax the form to (213) 383-9674.
