Last week, MPAC met with Congressman Xavier Becerra (D-CA). A seasoned politician, and influential leader in our nation's capitol, the Congressman began the meeting by expressing interest in Muslim concerns around the recent political wedge issue created by the opposition to the Park-51 community center.
